Extra Program Folders "Spoofed Names"

I have two Program folders that I did not install and can not delete.One is named
"microsoft frontpage" (small m- small f) the other is "xerox". When i check the properties on these they say 0-files but when I scan them my VS says 29 filkes scanned no virus found. I have used just about every Spyware program there is and none of them see it as malware. I asked this question in another forum and was advised by someone that he had the same folders and the were installed by Windows XP. Need a good answer.
 
Yes, you installed them. They are part of Windows XP.
They are protected XP system folders and cannot be removed.
Find something else to do.
