extra dialogs...

Hi.

I work with several sheets on some file and I would like to have
a modal independent dialog which would be available from any
sheet. I mean, moving on these sheets wont close this dialog
just as Find dialog within Excel.

Is it possible?

Modal means you can't move on these sheets - like the msgbox. I think you
want a modeless userform

UserForm1.Show vbModeless
