External Variable Declaration

Well... that´ll populate an Array with the Values of the globals...

What would need to happen, is that instead of an array being populated
the declaration will be directly inserted into the first 3 lines of th
module. So it would change the information IN the program, rather tha
storing it into an array. It´s more like a copy from the txt and past
into the first three lines of the module
