Can someone give me an example of a connection string for a scenario where
the ASP.NET is hosted and the SQL server is hosted in another location?

But it should be something like:
"Network Library=DBMSSOCN;Data Source=111.222.333.444,1433;Initial
Catalog=myDatabaseName;User ID=myUsername;Password=myPassword"
