Creating Distribution list within Exchange for External Customers can that be
done?
Example, our Customers, Clients, and DesignTeam. Being able to access them
through Global Address Book

Yes, the Active Directory administrator can create what are known as contacts (external recipients) as well as users (with Exchange mailboxes).

Sue, do you know of a way to get hundreds of external emails into the AD GAB
without doing it one at a time?
Thanks, Lisa

Sue's on vacation. You would have to script the creation to do it in an
automated solution. See the information on scripting Exchange at
www.outlookcode.com for more information.

Thanks, Ken. There should also be some good info on this topic at http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/dl.htm
