external page to an access database?

I have a database and would like to add an external GARMIN track page to an
individuals record....a training log, can I do this??

In what format is this "GARMIN track page" (I am unfamiliar with these)? If
it is an external file, and you have software registered to process that
file type, then you can simply store the fully-qualified path and file name,
and use the Application.FollowHyperlink to display/update it (depending on
the capabilities of the software registered for the file type).
