External emailer using Outlook to send emails - help!

I am trying to use an external program to generate emails that get sent via
Outlook, but for each and every email generated, I get a screen that makes me
wait 5 seconds before prompting me to confirm that I want to send the email
and that the email isn't being generated by a virus....

Does anyone know how I can de-activate this security feature??
