External drive not showing under my computer and explorer

Hi,

My external hard drive is not showing under My Computer and explorer. On
the other and when I select Adminitrative tools/Computer management/Disk
management the external drive is shown with the associated drive letter. I
have the same problem with my usb connected MP3 player.

Looking forward to resolve this problem,
 
Hi,

Please check the file format of the MP3 player, have you tried on different
PCs whether it works? Thanks
