external disk defragment

I am running Vista preminum on a laptop. I use an external hard drive to
store pictures and music. I would like to defrag this dirive but I can't
figure out how to do that? I need your help.

Hi go to my computer right click on ext usb drive
select-properities-tools-click defragment now and off you go.
