External Data Source Change

I set up an external data source to update a weekly report. However,
the number of lines in one of the sources can fluctuate weekly. This
week, that source had more lines, and as a result my refresh did not
bring in all of this weeks data. How can I fix the data source to to
pull in all the lines of data.

We would need to see more specifics on exactly how you are retrieving the
external data.

Thanks for looking at this. I got an answer this am, in my office. I
set up my db's using the Import External Data function in excel --> New
Database Query. Realizing that I needed to re-define my db, I was
trying to highlight the current week's lines of data, and then re-name
in the Name Box. This seemed to simply serve as a "go to" function.
What works is selecting the current data range and then renaming using
the Insert --> Name --> Define function.
