External access to Outlook XP

How do i get Outlook XP to permanently allow access to email addresses for an
application (SuperOffice), rather than just for 1, 2, 5 or 10 minutes?

SuperOffice should do this already because it is programmed with Redemption.
Reinstalling SuperOffice will probably solve your issue.
