Extended Services tab

When I open services with the extended tab, no services show just a blue bar
on left. When I go into standard I can see all of the services. How can I
fix this?
 
Try;

Start|Run|mmc|File|Add/Remove Snap-in|Add|Services|Add|local
computer|Finish|Close|OK|File|Save As|someconsole.msc

and test.
