I recently started getting this weird error message that keeps popping up
i'm not sure what it means. any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Windows - Delayed Write Failed

\$Extend\$UsnJrnl:$J. the data has been lost. This error may be caused bya
failure of your computer hardware or network connection. Please try to
save this file elsewhere.
