Extend desktop

I have mine setup with the primary on the left and secondary to the
right. With "extend desktop" enabled, I can drag from left to right to
get windows onto the second monitor.

The problem is I got an application here. It won't allow me to resize /
maximize and it won't allow me to drag to second monitor. * (Sorry! I
mean full size on the screen) *. Also, I created an application rule
under nView settings and force it to show up on second monitor. But it
still opens up on 1st one.

Any idea I can resolve this problem?
