I want to display any number, for example 396, in Year/Month/Day format. If
you are using 396 as an example the Year/Month/Day format would be 1 Year, 1
Month, 1 Day (Based on 365 day year, and 30 day month). I am using it in a
query to show "Year/Month/Day Since Last Inspection".

The call you need to make is something like this:
SinceLastInspection: Diff2Dates("ymd", Date()-[mynumber], Date()),

....assuming [mynumber] is your 396 number.
