Exporting Trend Graph to Word/Excel

I have created a trend graph, based on queries, in the form of a report and
would like to export this data to either Word or Excel. However when using
'Publish with...' only the headings are displayed, no graph. Any help
appreciated.

I have managed to get the graph across by changing the graph to 'image' but
the graph on Access displays 12 different lines and for the document only one
is coming across

Sorry for all these posts, trying to find a solution. Realised this
effectively 'locks' the image so each graph wouldnt be displayed. Ugh.

Hi becky,

I've no experience with this sort of thing myself, but I think the
"Report Utilities" at www.lebans.com may be able to get what you need
into Word. If not, in my experience it's a matter of exporting the
query's data to Excel and re-creating the chart there.

Thankyou for your reply, I will try that website, otherwise, yes, i will have
to work from Excel. Just a bit unfortunate to have spent time working on a
graph i cannot use!
