Exporting to an Excel Worksheet

I am exporting a report to Excel and would like to be able to export i
to a specific worksheet within a workbook, is it possible to do this
Is it as simple as modifying the path name? For example, if I a
exporting the data and it prompts me for the destination, can I ente
something like:

C:\Documents\Workbook!Sheet4.xls

Probably not. Where are you exporting from? Is it MSAccess, Crystal Reports?

I'm exporting it from Crystal Reports.
Well, as far as I know you can't/

Maybe with VBA.
