Exporting single record to snapshot

I hope this is a simple question that someone can help me with. I created a
button that exports my record as a snapshot file. The problem that I am
having is that all the records get exported instead of the single record that
I am needing. Can someone help?

Look at the following Knowledgebase article about faxing from MS Access and
how it applies filters to a report to only fax the pertinent records from
the report to the particular recipient. You can use this same method to
filter a snapshot file.
