EXPORTING MESSAGES

I recently built a new computer and am trying to export
all of my former e-mail folders and contents from my old
machine to my new one.

With Outlook Express open on my old machine I have
chosen "file", "export", and "messages".

The error message I keep getting is:

"The export could not be performed.
An error occurred while initializing MAPI."

Can anyone help me get around this issue???

Ask in an Outlook Express forum. This is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.
