Does MS Access 2003 have the means to maintain graphic integrity whenever a
report is exported to MS Word 2003?

I would like the lines to remain intact; however, when exported to Word, the
lines disappear. Perhaps there is a hird-party software that can facilitate
the export of graphics from any report to Word.

Thanks,

Scotty

Hi Scotty,

Sorry, export to Word will lose all graphic elements from your report. If
you need to generate a complete "look-alike" copy of your report as a
stand-alone file, you have two choices:

Use SendObject to generate a snapshot (.snp) file, which can be viewed using
the snapshot viewer (a free download from Microsoft, but likely installed
with recent versions of MS Office), or

Install a pdf printer driver, and print your report to a .pdf file.

HTH
