Exporting data between excel files

I would like know how to export data from one Excel file to another Excel
file in the same column but repeatably in different rows.

Example: Exporting data from Excel file X column A1 to Excel file Y Column
B1, and repeat from A1 to column to B2 and so on. Thanks.

You might have better luck with this question in an Excel forum. This place
is for Access database questions.
