Exporting and importing registration details

I have a database which im going to give out to my customers to use. I want
to create a registration form so that i know who and how many are using the
database. I know how to create a registration form only when the database is
opened for the firt time but im not sure how to transfer the data from their
computer to mine. Could i sent the registration in an email without the user
seeing the email editor? or would i send it as an xml file?

Any surgestions would be appreciated

One possibility would be to use DoCmd.SendObject.
