Exporting A Report...

I have a 2 applications at work that I'm trying to make work together. The
first is an ACCESS 2000 database that tracks and assigns project numbers to
capital projects at the plant. I'm using the database to help me monitor and
track change as part of ISO requirements.

My corporate engineering department paid an outside consultant to code
another database for them that the users of my ACCESS database will also have
to use.

Fortunately, for me the two do not overlap and the outputs of my database
(if I can figure out how to format them) can be used as the inputs to the
other database.

What we have historically done is type out capital requests into a WORD
document and this document is now required to be UPLOADED into the new
database. It's not a link to the original it's a copy that is stored on a
server somewhere.

I have created reports in ACCESS that are identical to the existing WORD
documents and I'd like to export them into a format that would be usable as
the input to the other database.

What I've done.

I've tried exporting the report as an HTML document and that would work w/1
hitch. If the amount of info in the report is enough to make it a 2 page
report I get 2 HTML documents when I export - complete with what looks like
FIRST...PREVIOUS...NEXT...LAST hyperlinks at the bottom.

The links do in fact open the previous/next page (which is a separate HTML
document) when you click on them.

I'd like to be able to export the report which will always reference 1
project into 1 HTML document or some other format that would be uploaded as 1
document.

I've also tried exporting the report as a *.txt file, *.snp file, and a
*.rtf file but I haven't found a solution I'm completely satisfied with.

Any suggestions...

Sorry for the long post,

Jeff
