Exporting a Distribution List

Can anyone tell me how to Export a Distribution List into Excel. The only
option I can find are Rich Text Format and Text. I need it in Excel to
import into a internet email service.
 
Use the text format. That will create a tab-delimited file that Excel can
handle. You may want to use Notepad to delete the first few lines.
