Export Video - Image is Over-Sized

I am using Win XP Pro x64 with 2 Nvidia Quadro FX 3450/4000 SDI graphic
cards. When I save to a movie file (any option) the image is oversized - yet
in preview mode the image is correct. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Can you give more info please. How is it oversized, in what proportions?
When viewed on what?
What file type saved as?
What file type imported?
