export using screencapture wmv codec?

my original movie is a screencapture codec....WMV 9...

so I import that into movie maker.. but when I export it again.. its
destroyed, (low res or huge size)... what can I do so I can save with the
same
codec the wmv had originaly?

Movie Maker can't render using the screen capture codec.... you have to do
the best you can with the video codecs.
