Export truncates memo field

I'm exporting a report to RTF. Some memo fields get
truncated. It seems to be due to the spacing used for the
RTF format versus the Access report format. It only
truncates if the number of lines required to display the
field in RTF is more than the number of lines used by the
Access report. Is there any way that Access can export
this information and retain it all? I don't care if the
number of lines is exact, I just can't have a report with
missing information. I've seen other messages regarding
this, but no helpful answer. Thanks.

Frank, I have the same problem. The best solution I've
come up with is to export the report to PDF (Acrobat).
Then I use a product called SolidConverterPDF to convert
the doc to RTF. (The product is $50, and/or you can
download a 10 page max trial). On the conversion,
Select "Do Not Recover Columns" and you won't have the
paragraph mark at the end of each line. I know it stinks
to have to buy the converter, but that's the only way I've
found to get to RTF without losing lines (and the removal
of the paragraph line at the end of each line is a nice
plus). Hope this helps. Chris O
