Hi I dont want to use Windows Mail as its to slow. I want to use Outlook but
cant seem to export my Email setting and address book. Can someone give some
help on this pls.

Outlook must be installed and functional on the Vista machine you're using.
From there, open Windows Mail and go to 'File|Export|Messages|Microsoft
Exchange' to transfer messages. For contacts, 'File|Export|Windows
Contacts|CSV', and when finished, open Outlook and go to 'File|Import and
Export|Import from another program or file|Comma Separated Values'.

Where does Windows Mail save the file?

Should be in
C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook

(At least, that's where WLM put the files)
