Export to Excel Blank row

Hello. Please help me !!!
I have MS Access Report that generate backorder report. It is sort by ItemNO.

And I have ItemNO SumOfQTy and other in ItemNo header. And I need to show the
detail for each whearehouse, so I have wherehouse and quantity for each
whearehouse in Detail section.
Report is fine as is. But now, I have to export this report to Excel. I
did from File -> Export and chose excel 2000.
When they have data in detail section, they have +/- thing on the side and
can sho and hide the detail for each whearehouse. This was what I wanted to
do. so it's fine.

THE PROBLEM is that when there is no data in detail section, it leave blank
row in Excel fine.

Could anybody have some idea how to eliminate this blank line. Any help will
be appreciated.

Add some more information.
I am using Office 2000. so Access2000 and Excel 2000.
In ther report, I set "can shrink' to yes, and doesn't show the blank line.
I want no blank row in Excel file.
