Export text for specific Outlook appointments

I would like to be able to export all of text associated with a specific type
of appointment in my Outlook calendar. In particular, each day I create a "My
time" appointment, and in the associated text box I tabulate the way I spend
my day. I'd like to be able to capture all of those files and then manually
enter the information into a spreadsheet by category. Help.
 
Assuming that they all have the same category; switch your view to arrange
"By Category". Modify your view so that you will see all the fields that you
need and then copy it to Excel.

Another alternative is to use a 3rd party app called WinCalendar.
It allows you to easily import Outlook calendar data into Excel as a
fully formatted Calendar, Schedule or plain 'Agenda' list.
