export report to excel

I have created a report in Access that I have been exporting as a Snapshot.
One of my co-workers wants to have it as an excel file to be able to link it
into his spreadsheets. When I try to export the form to excel it changes the
structure from what I created in the report to a datasheet view. How can I
export the report into excel and have it still look like the report?

In a nutshell, you can't. Well with enough effort almost anything is
possible; however, it might not be practial.

You may be better off exporting the query that creates the form or report to
Excel for your coworker. It won't have the fancy formatting nor any
calculated fields; however, the raw data will be there.
