Export Report to ASCII Creates Creeping Pages When Printed

Help - this is driving me crazy. I am exporting an Access 2003 report to
ASCII to be printed off-site, and the page lays out fine, except that each
subsequent page creeps onto the previous page line by line - ie the first
page has one line of the next invoice, page 2 has 2 lines, etc.

The report has a page header and footer, and contains a subreport within a
subreport.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Julie,

As far as I can remember the way to fix this is to ensure that _all_ the
vertical dimensions in the report are exact multiples of 1/8 inch. It
may also help to install the Windows Generic/Text Only printer driver
and use this when designing the report; and set all the text in the
report to 12 point Courier New or other monospaced font.
