Export .pst file

Hello,

I am trying to move my messages from my computer to
another computer...I export the files locally to a .pst
file....I can re-import them locally and it all works
great. The problem is when I bring them to another
machine..I attempt to import them and get the
message "File access denied. You do not have the
permission required to access the file.." I have tried
to import on more than one machine...Anyone know what
could be wrong? Am I exporting them incorrectly? Do I
have to set the permissions when I export them?
Any advice would be helpful...
thx
Mike

How are you moving them to the other machine?

I have written to CD and physically brought it over.

This is the best way. After copying them from the CD to a folder on your
hard drive, right-click, choose "Properties" and uncheck the "Read-only"
attribute. You should then be able to open it with Outlook.
