Is there a way or add-in to Outlook to be able to save your contacts as
a RTF or other type of file format while keeping the same format as
Outlook?
If not is there any program or utilities that would export contacts in a
nice format?

Thanks…

Why do you wish to do this? The answer may lead to specific advic on how
best to proceed.

I would like to make a employee directory. I have all information in
contacts. I can export that as a .xls, .mdb but the printer wants it in
word or rtf format. I would like to be able to keep it as the same
format and look that it is in contacts.

Thanks=3F

The best way to make an employee directory from Outlook contacts data is to perform a Word mail merge. That gives you complete control over the desired format.

Can you than save that in a word format? Or is it only for printing?

Thanks....

Word mail merge has three possible outputs -- new document, direct to printer, direct to email.
