export/import excel2000/money2001

I have a spreadsheet of expenses in excel and I need to
import it to money 2001. I know excel very well, but am
new to money 2001. As far as I can see, money only except
quicken files (in different formats). I obtained a copy of
quicken and checked it out, but it doesn't import ascii,
text, or excel files. I have many different applications
and can get almost anything i need. I can transfer the
data from excel to word, access, notepad, etc. but not
into money. Anybody has Any suggestions?
