Export/Import between two Access DBs

Hi all,
I would like to export/import table data from an Access 'mdb' to another all
at once (something like the export/import command in Oracle) for backup
purposes: how can I do it?

You should know that:
+ Data file are in Access 2000 format;
+ The DBs have exactly the same schema, they have different forms/reports;
+ I know it is possible to export table data in Excel and then import them
in the other DB, but with many tables it is an annoying operation;

I hope someone can point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance
for any responses.

Rather than import/export, you could link to db#2's tables from db#1 and use
queries to work with the data.
