export formating together with the data

Hi all,
is it posible to export the formating to the excel file with the
access together with the data?
for now the only way to do it its by opening the file and adding
automation for formatting but im trying to see if there is any better
way to do it?

Hi ,

i didnt need to change the file's format but the cell format inside of
the file,
this is my main issue
