Export everything to a new computer

I have replaced the old hard drive with a new, and must now re-install
all applications and move all data to the new hard drive. I thought
that if i exported the pst-file, it would include all accounts and
rules i have set up. But it did not.

Is it possible to export everything to import in the new installation
on the new hard drive? If it is possible, how do i do?

Using Outlook 2003.
