Export email profiles

I have a client that is getting a new computer. I can move the pst file from
one system to the other. However, this doesn't move the email address and
settings.
I understand that the settings are kept in the registry.
Is there a way to export the email accounts and then import them on the new
computer.
In OE, we can export the email accounts and then reimport them on the new
system. Is there a way to do this with Outlook 2003?
Thanks,

Joe

Are the machines both running Outlook 2003? Will the user's .pst files be in
the same location? If yes, to both, you should be able to use the Save My
Settings Wizard that comes with Office.

Sue,
This wouldn't necessarily be the case. My Clients has multiple independent
offices, and they're moving to Outlook. Most offices now use nothing,
others, if they use Outlook, would have older versions.
User names will be either position dependent since employees tend to change
offices regularly so I will be using a different naming convention when
doing new setups.
i.e Manager - Reception - etc...
I've looked at using the Settings Wizard as per your suggestion don't feel
it will work.
I've searched support.microsofts and didn't come up with anything.
Thanks for your help.

Considering I have to support over 100 offices ... I recently switched from
Maximizer/Eudora so I could support this client. I picked up your book and
am trying to get through it. I'm having a real problem getting use to having
to do everything manually.
Simple stuff like printing an envelope or writing a letter etc... using a
letterhead template is impossible to do with Outlook. It's so simple with
Maximizer. 2 clicks - that's it. done
I sure hope it gets easier as I work my way through.

Thanks for your help. It's greatly appreciated.

The email accounts would be the same for the same person, though, wouldn't
they?

See http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/startletter.htm for various ways to
make it easy to start a letter with contact information in it.
