Export Data from Queries in Access 2007 to Excel Spreadsheet

Ive been given a excel spreadsheet by one of my work colleagues.

What he wants me to do is export queries created in my Access Database into
the excel spreadsheet.

The excel spreadsheet has already been designed and so I need to export the
results of specific queries into the associated cell in excel.

Id rather do this in access but it has to be done in excel.

Please can anyone point me in the right direction?
