Export Contacts from Outlook 2007 to ACT Premium for Workgroups 20

I will be most grateful if anyone can instruct me on how to export my
Contacts in Outlook 2007 to the Contacts database in ACT Premium for
Workgroups 2007.
 
YOu will need to find out from ACT what formats it supports for importing - not an Outlook question. If ACT supports .csv or .txt formats, they are readily accessible from the Outlook File->Import/Export menu.

Unless I'm mistaken, Act has its own capabilities enabling creation of ACT
contacts from Outlook so would suggest perusing ACT documentation regarding
Outlook integration.
