Export Contact Mailing Address to Excel

Kelly

I'm running Outlook 2003. Each contact can have multiple addresses (i.e.,
Home, Business, Other), and I can use a check box to mark one of them as the
mailing address. I want to export the contact name and only the mailing
address to a Microsoft Excel worksheet or a comma-separated value (CSV) text
file. How can I do that?

Any reason you needed to post a second time? Can you not read replies to
your posts?

Just a friendly comment, double posting essentially the same question serves
no purpose - in fact may result in <no answer> or <no follow up answer> at
all by anyone. However, since I just answered this same question - a cut 'n
paste duplicate of that answer is as follows:

=============================
The Outlook import/export wizard does not provide the option to either
export/import this info. As Russ states - mailing address is "derived" -
from one of the 3 primary addresses. Two 3rd party solutions that can solve
your "mailing address" requirement are:

#1 - CodeTwo - Outlook Export (free) - not related to us - provided as info
only
http://www.codetwo.com/pages/freeware/outlook_export.php

#2 - ContactGenie Exporter (not free) - has more/different features/options
Features: http://www.contactgenie.com/cgxfeatures.htm
D/L: http://www.contactgenie.com/cg20dlorder.htm
=============================

Thank you for offering a couple of solutions.

I reposted because I wasn't sure I made myself clear in the previous post.
I'm new to the forum and was not sure how to respond to Russ's comment, but
have since discovered how to do so.

I apologize for not following protocol.

Karl,

Just downloaded the CodeTwo program and it worked exactly as I had hoped.
Thank you for your help!

No problem. I was afraid you hadn't seen the reply to your post in the
original thread.
