Export Address book from Outlook 2007

Hi, I have hp Laptop with Outlook 2007, and I want to export the Outlook
address book with distribution lists, to my New PC which also has Outlook
2007. Can this be done.

Not only would it be simpler, it is required.
Exporting always loses Distribution lists.
 
Already answered in the link he provided. Can't miss it. It's the part
titled "Locating the pst-file"
