Export Access data to Outlook

Hello, can you help me or direct me to articles or books that would explain
how to accomplish the following?

1) Gather data in Access 97
2) Export fields to Outlook 2000 including Address fields as well as message
body.
3) Populate fields in message body - standard verbiage, but some fields need
to be updated using the data gathered in step 1.
4) Stop here - initially we want to view the email before sending. If the
process works the way we hope it will, we'd like to automate the final step
of Sending the email.
