Thank you very much for your help. If you dont mind, what I ultimatl
need to do subtract the equation you gave me ( =43*EXP(-0.0054)*A1
from the value in column b and place the value into column c. How do
get the equation to run through all the values in column A and B?
think I need something to the effect of C1=B1 - [43*EXP(-0.0054)*A1 )
but I dont know who to make it execute for my entire data set. Thank
again

Use the formula
=B1-[43*EXP(-0.0054)*A1)]
in cell C1. Then copy cell C1, Select the desired cells in column C (or
the entire column) and paste.

If you want B1 to change to B2, etc. as you copy down, but want A1 to
remain A1 in all cells, then you would use "$" for cell references that
should stay constant, as in
=B1-[43*EXP(-0.0054)*A$1)]
