Explorer's default directory

When I start MS Explorer it always defaults to the C:\ directory when nearly all my files are in My Documents. Is there anyway to change the default directory that Explorer goes to when it is started? This could save me a lot of time.
 
Properties on your explorer shortcut and make sure the target is as follows.

%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe
