explorer sight-click options

I added an action of "print directory list" to file folder
properties under tools-options-file types. On one machine,
now when I double-click it defaults to search (instead of
opening the folder). I can't seem to find a way to change
this new default behavior. 'unmolested' machine. It looks
like the order of the actions has been switched.

What reg keys hold the context menu items?
