Explorer search engine

I really hope someone can help. I use explorer version
6. When I use search, it defaults to some unknown search
engine called ShopNav. I have tried several times to
customize, reset, etc. This search engine is not a choice
for customizing, yet it keeps defaulting back to it. I
customize it to use yahoo, msn, etc. but it won't stay.
Anyone ever have this problem? I've downloaded every
patch, re-installed explorer and cannot get rid of this
search engine ShopNav. Oh also, it doesn't search what
you ask, it just comes up with a bunch of shopping sites?
ANy help is greatly appreciated!!

You have downloaded (inadvertantly) a trojan/spyware.
Download and run Adaware, www.lavasoft.de to remove
Also www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/unwanted.htm
