explorer options help

my system seems to have altered some folder options, and I cant remember how
to change them back.
if I open a folder , eg my music. I get all the files that are in the
folder, but on the left I am given loads of options. eg....
music tasks
file and folder tasks
other places

how do I get rid of this ?

In the Explorer go Tools > Folder Options > Use Windows classic
folders.
 
Hi Phil

I not at a computer using Windows XP, but I am sure that on the firs
tab on the folder options window there is a setting to use the classi
view. Check this and it should revert to the old windows view -
hate all that shit on the side aswell!
