Explorer not picking up any jpegs

Right, I got a custoemr with the following issue:

Internet Explorer is not picking up JPEGs .


I switch over to a Corel programme and no problems.

What could be the issue?

What do you mean by "not picking up"? Not showing? Not opening?

Does "My Computer" show them? Are they hidden?
 
Maybe you mean to say they don't open with IE

go to a file manager like explorer
right click on a JPG file
click on "open with"
select IE

Did that and switched to Corel.
